You’ll have your adjustment with Dr. Bennett on each visit. We have many physical therapy modalities available, so depending on your needs we may follow your adjustment with heat, ice, exercises or cold laser therapy.

You’re welcome to visit our friendly, comfortable office. Relax and know that you’re in great hands!

LET’S GET STARTED

You can expect to plan for a 30-minute visit on your first appointment.

You’ll have a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Bennett.  We don't have x-ray equipment in our office. If any imaging is needed, we’ll refer you to the location of your choice. Please bring your insurance card in with you and wear comfortable clothes to your appointment.

YOUR SECOND VISIT

Dr. Bennett will discuss home care with you during this appointment. You’ll learn about stretches and exercises you can do at home to complement your care at the office. If images were taken on your first visit, we’ll go over them. Your care will continue with an adjustment.

A PERSONALIZED TREATMENT PLAN

Our goal is for you to feel fabulous! Everyone heals at different rates. Your improvement will depend on your nutrition, sleep patterns, daily activities and overall lifestyle. You may get better immediately, or it could take a longer. You can schedule your next visit each time you’re here if that’s what you choose to do, or you can call us when you need care.
